Proposed to be added under the heading DIVISION I of the PhyloCode, b= etween=20 current items 6 (taxonomic freedm) and 7 (case law): 7. The PhyloCode permits freedom of nomenclatural choice, wherein the= =20 particular name to be appended to a clade is restricted only by reaso= nable=20 orthographic constraints and the need for continuity with the existin= g=20 systematic literature.
