For the record, the use of Panstems violates the letter and the spiri=
t of=20
Recommendation 10A: "When establishing the name of a clade, a preexis=
ting=20
name that has been applied to this clade should generally be selected=
 if=20
such a name exists." If this is to be made a rule within the PhyloCod=
e,=20
substantial alteration will have to occur. Naturally, I support makin=
g it a=20
rule as it stands.
