I rather like Jonathan Wagner's creative "solution." But as somebody who likes species names derived from epithets rather than binomials I may not be representative of the broader views. A minor points need clarifying: Are you (Jonathan) suggesting that the hyphen be used as a general indicator of any name governed by the PhyloCode or are you thinking of hyphens for species and a different one for clades?
