We originally had the word International in the name of the=20
committee.  I don't remember for sure why we dropped it (perhaps=20
Kevin will), but I think it was just an issue of redundancy.  Since=
=20
the CPN is a committee of an international society, it seemed=20
unnecessary to include the word "international" in the name of the=
=20
committee too.
