Double capitalization alone would not work, because, for example, pap=
er titles
are sometimes printed in all capitals. "A REVIEW OF THE EVOLUTION OF
_PANARTHROPODA_" -- does it refer to to _PanArthropoda_ or _Panarthro=
poda_?
(Easily solved with a hyphen, of course.)
