Such a recommendation would have to specify that the naming forming the root
is a preexisting name.

So no Eupelycosauria when there is no Pelycosauria, and no Eureptilia when
there is no Reptilia.
(Currently Eureptilia, Reptilia, and Eupelycosauria have phylogenetic
definitions, while Pelycosauria has none.)
