Michel, I agree with most of your comments regarding Benton's paper, and
most of these concerns are commented on in the manuscript that Phil Cantino
and I are working on.  Our paper is a broader treatment of criticisms of
phylogenetic nomenclature that deals also with issues raised by others, but
it will certainly state our position regarding the major issues and
misconceptions in Benton's paper.
 
I would greatly appreciate a copy of your 1998 paper that you cite in your
message.  Thanks.
 
I certainly received your comment on Nathan Wilson's question, and so did
others because your email was commented on in a favourable light by Gerry
Moore.
